I JUST PLACED AN ORDER. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We try to send packages within 24 hours after the order is made, with the exception of weekends and during Dutch public holidays. After your order has been shipped, we send you an e-mail to confirm that your package is on its way. You will also receive a track and trace code to track your package along its way to your doorstep.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES SCOTCH & SODA ACCEPT?

IS IT SAFE TO ORDER ONLINE?
We take your online security very seriously. Your credit card information and personal information are safe and no data is sent over without encryption. Protecting your information is our highest priority. All orders are transmitted over secure internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology and other measures.
WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. For example for the US this may well be up to 20% of the order value extra. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
WHAT IS A CVC/CVV/CID?
The Card Security Code (CVC/CVV/CID) is an additional three or four digit security code that is printed (not embossed) on the front or the back of your card. The CVC/CVV/CID is an extra security measure to ensure that you are in possession of the card.
Delivery & Returns
I want to return my order, or a part of it, what should I do?
We have a 30 day return guarantee for a refund. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online order - or part of it, for instance the size was not correct or you don't like the colour, you can send your articles back to our warehouse by postal or mail. Don't forget to return the articles
Don't forget to include the ordernumber in your package
Online orders can only be brought back to this webstore, not to other stores.
The articles must be returned undamaged and with their own labels attached.
Please note that we will not pay the shipping cost for these returns. We will refund you your returned product.
